I had the pleasure of working with Hubert for 2 SAP roll-outs while at allnex as the PIM (process improvement manager) for Management Reporting. Hubert was in the difficult position of getting employees already stretched thin to take on more work for this project, not an easy task. However, Hubert did a great job of understanding everyone's workload and ensuring all the necessary tasks still got completed within an extremely tight timeline and lean budget. Moreover, Hubert is someone who you can challenge and push back against and he does not take it personally. We had many good debates/discussions that often led to less labor hours and greater productivity.
